SLA BATCH e-filing

SLA BATCH e-filing consists of following steps:

1. Uploading the batch data in XML format
2. Receiving an SLA Batch Id number confirming the batch data upload
3. Uploading the document image files for all the documents that would previously have been filed in paper format
