The purpose of this website is to provide information about the automatic filing (e-filing) of SLA batches to our members as well as those who provide IT systems or services to them. Prior to the introduction of SLA e-filing Brokers were required to submit batches in paper to the SLA office (see Broker Filing Procedures for information on which documents need to be filed and how to assemble a batch). SLA e-filing is a set of webservices that enable a Broker to submit the very same documents as electronic document images as well as the associated batch data in XML format.
